Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@baharat.co.uk.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

Any returned item must be sent by the customer using a tracked shipping service, and the customer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the item. This policy applies to all orders placed on our website, regardless of the order value. Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items unless they are sent via a tracked service. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Policy for wrongly Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

At Baharat, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered smoothly and promptly. To help us achieve this, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy and validity of the shipping address entered at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we offer two options:

  1. Refund Option:

    • We will refund your order amount minus a shipping and handling fee of £8.
  2. Reshipping Option:

    • We can resend your order to the correct address; however, an additional shipping fee of £3.99 will apply.

In either case, we will contact you to confirm your preference and provide instructions for any additional payments required for reshipping.

Customer Responsibility
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to double-check the validity of the shipping address entered during the checkout process. Baharat cannot be held responsible for delays or extra charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

To avoid any issues, kindly verify your address carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at [your email/phone number].

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@baharat.co.uk

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
